Name: Zach Taylor
Location: North Carolina, United States
Company: Mint Hill Tennis
Problem: Was trying lots of ways to grow his coaching programme with limited success. Wanted a tried and true system to attract new leads and get more players on-court.
Success: Grew his coaching programme by 50% (from 80 to 120 players) in 3 months. Knows that he will be able to keep growing by using the same system. The results have been, in Zach’s own words, “life-changing for him and his family”.
Name: Ed Francis & Tyler Bodmann
Location: London, United Kingdom
Company: Teqnic Tennis
Problem: Weren’t generating enough local interest in their coaching programme to grow. Had no back office systems in place which created a lot of admin work every week.
Success: Grew their group coaching programme from 50 to 180 players and tripled the number of bookings for Holiday Camps. This increased revenue by £100k/year. Streamlined all off-court admin and are now able to take (a lot) more time off during the year.

Success: Became the true CEO of his business by freeing up 25+ hrs a week, being less on court and focusing the freed-up time on marketing and finances. Grew profits by £18k just for the months of April to July and grew his Summer camps by ~200 bookings. Enjoying his work and his life a lot more.
Name: Sarah Langford
Location: Kent & Hampshire, UK
Company: Virtus Leisure Management
Problem: 2 of the indoor coaching programmes that Virtus manages weren’t as busy and as profitable as they could be. The team wasn’t finding the time & didn’t have the right skill set to run effective marketing activities.
Success: In 8 months working together, we’ve grown the programmes by ~150 players and have increased profitability 30%.
Name: James Harding
Location: Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom
Company: Tennis 4 All
Problem: Wanted to grow his coaching programme so he could work fewer hours on-court, spend more time with his family (especially on the weekends) and still earn the same.
Success: Increased number of players in the programme by 100 (300 to 400). Reduced hours on-court by 15h-20h a week (from 40-45h to 25h) and rarely has to coach on the weekends. Is earning the same amount as he was earning before he reduced hours spent on-court.
